Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 31 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
If you received a product that is damaged or has a manufacturer error, please contact us right away. We will request you to send us a picture of the product and give you the option of a replacement or a refund.

Postage costs due to incorrect size ordered, or any issue not being a result of a shipping or manufacturer error, will be the responsibility of the customer.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
