It’s time to share my weekly meal plan with you. Meal planning has been part of my life for the past several years. It has helped me save money and serve my family.
My hope is that you can benefit from me sharing my meal plan with you weekly. You can use this plan exactly how it is or change it to your liking. This meal plan accommodates our family of 5 and we usually have leftovers.
I’m really excited to cook this week. I just bought an Instant Pot and it will be here in 2 days! I’ve been a big fan of my Crockpot for years but I’ve been really wanting an Instant Pot. I finally saved up enough money to get my Instant Pot. I added a few Instant Pot recipes to my meal plan this week. I can’t wait to try them!
I created a printable of this meal plan and a grocery list to make it easier for you. Click this Meal Plan – Week 4 link to get the printable list

This Week’s Meal Plan
Monday – Stuffed Bell Peppers
I never thought I would like stuffed bell peppers until I tried this recipe. I usually don’t serve it with anything. It’s really filling all by itself. Click this Stuffed Bell Peppers link to get the recipe.
Tuesday – Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Pork Chops
This an easy and super tasty slow cooker recipe. I’m really picky with my pork chops but these cook really good in the slow cooker. I usually serve this with mashed potatoes or orzo. Click this Creamy Ranch Pork Chops link to get the recipe.
Wednesday – Instant Pot Lemon Chicken
This is the first Instant Pot recipes that I’m making. I love trying new recipes. One thing I do is read all the reviews for a recipe before I decide to cook it. According to the reviews, this is really good. I plan on serving this with some vegetables on the side. Click this Lemon Chicken link to get the recipe.
Thursday – Pesto Chicken
This is an easy recipe and it’s good. I’ve only made it a few times but it’s definitely a keeper. I plan on serving this with pasta and vegetables. Click this Pesto Chicken link to get the recipe.
Friday – Breakfast for Dinner
We’re going to use this day to eat breakfast for dinner or eat leftovers. Last week, we had a lot of leftovers. It’s always nice to finish things up instead of throwing them away. I usually try to freeze them as a back up for a rainy day.
Saturday – Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Sandwiches
My mom made me this for me after I had my twin girls. It’s so easy and so good. We use hamburger buns for the sandwich and top the pork with coleslaw. Click this Pulled Pork Sandwiches link to get the recipe.
Sunday – Instant Pot Broccoli Beef
This is another new recipe I added to the meal plan this week. I love Chinese food and I’m so excited to try this in my new Instant Pot. The reviews are good so I’m going to try it out. Click this Broccoli Beef link to get the recipe.
That’s my meal planning for this week. I hope this is helpful to you. I have a board on Pinterest called “Recipes We Like” (we’ve tried all the recipes on this board and have approved them) that you can follow for more recipes. I’d love to hear any tips you may have to make meal planning easier.
